Plutonium was founded in 1998 by Arnon Palty.

The band debuted at the Red Sea Jazz Festival 1999 in two consecutive shows. Arnon wrote all the lyrics, composed the music, and glowerly arranged the arrangements.     The original band (1998-2020) consisted of:

Plutonium performs powerful Funk/jazz-rock music that comes with amusing lyrics in the beloved “nonsense”style, a pioneer in the Israeli Funk / jazz-rock scene, armed with

the most spectacular horn section possible, a wonderful, colorful and stylish singer, and a rhythm section made up of top Israeli musicians!
